Mike Green, Chairman
Mr. Green brings over 30 years experience in the IT software business to Wallace. As a former executive with Cognos, and the founder of Visual Systems (a successful software services company with operations across Canada), Mr. Green will help Wallace plan and execute its high growth strategy for North America and the rest of the world.
Rob Moffat, President and Co-Founder
Rob co-founded Wallace Wireless with a vision to bring wireless applications to market. He is a 12-year veteran of software development in the high-tech, financial services and telecommunication sector where he was instrumental in growing Metex Systems into a leading supplier of large grained software components for Telco provisioning and billing.
Rob is a graduate of the University of Toronto and a serial entrepreneur with over 25 years experience in building high growth companies.
Joe Nardi, COO
Joe Nardi brings extensive experience in both hardware and software product sales and marketing, as well as customer services and business operations. Joe’s clear thinking, creative approach and well developed problem solving and people skills was acquired over time in managing large groups of sales, technical and administrative staff.
Joe has a long history of exceeding sales goals and exceptional performance during his 11 years at Cognos and his 3 years at Fulcrum. Within three months of joining, he pushed Flonetwork into the international arena by negotiating a partnership agreement with Experian UK.
Cathal Copas, CTO
Cathal has worked with mobile and wireless technologies since founding mBiztech Corp in 1998. Since merging with Wallace Wireless Cathal’s role is to architect and implement a vision for the product suite that can leverage present and future wireless technologies to seamlessly integrate with the Enterprise. Cathal also worked for a number of years on location-based technologies with companies such as MapInfo and Unisys.
Cathal holds a Masters in Computer Integrated Manufacturing and an honours degree in Industrial Engineering from University College Galway, Ireland.
